OIC - Configure Instance Level System Status notifications.

Its important to configure an approved sender email address at the OIC instance level to send email's which notify the system failures , Integration failures and critical health alerts on Hourly and daily basis . These reports are very handy to admin/Support team to take action ASAP .

This can be configured with below few steps .

Login to the OIC with System Admin privileges .

Click on Settings at the bottom and press Integrations

Click on Notification and the below page Appears ..

Provide the List of recipients to receive the notifications and Select the choice of Reports you wanted to see in the body .

Additionally , you need to configure the sender email address and perform save.

An email received to configured email address with the detailed report .
